Who We Are

Mister Macarons was founded in 2020 in the Greater Montreal area by Giuliano Di Niro. His ever growing love for baking desserts dates back to 2014 while attending his culinary studies at St. Pius X Career Centre in Montreal, QC. After graduating and obtaining his D.V.S. in Professional Cooking, he then applied into the Contemporary Professional Pastry Making program. While attending one of his courses he was introduced to the french macaron. It was at that moment, his appreciation for macarons turned into a passion. Once he obtained his A.V.S. in pastry making and gained more experience in the pastry world, he decided to turn his passion into reality and create his very own macaron company, Mister Macarons.
